*PAYMENT METHODS*
- We accept payment by PayPal only.
- Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal need to allow at least 5 working days to clear, Your item will be dispatched within one working day once payment is cleared.
*FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE*
- For International orders, item will be shipped via registered airmail by Israel Post. A confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to your email address.
Items normally ship within 3 business days after receipt of buyer’s cleared payment. For Custom Design order it take 7 business days after receipt of buyer’s cleared payment. Item purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the following working day. Once an item is shipped you will receive Shipping Notification email stating it has been shipped.
- For the USA, UK, Canada and Australia,
it usually takes 7 to 16 business days to arrive.
- For France, Italy, Germany, Philippines, India, South Africa and Countries in South America, it may takes 2 to 4 weeks to arrive due to Customs processing time.
*IMPORTANT*
All international shipments are subject to possible delays through Customs. Some shipments can be delayed by as much as four weeks.
Please note that we are not responsible for custom charges and import tax.
In case you will be charge we will do our best to help you by providing documentation.
*RETURN POLICY*
14-day Money Back Guarantee and Return Policy. Refund and replacement are within 14 days after order is received. The return items must be un used and as same as original condition. Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to be processed.
*Note* Buyer will be responsible for returned shipping cost unless we sent a wrong item or the item is defective.

1- E-mail to us
2- Provide your order number or Customer name.
3- Give us a brief description of the problem.
4- Send us 3 digital pictures clearly showing the problem.
